Pros: friendly and fast support, reliability
Cons: none so far
I have used IXWebhosting for years and had no problem so far.
The few small problems that I had, support people solved the problem without any problems.
Now I'm moving out of IX Webhosting due i need a managed dedicated server, but I could use their shared hosting as VPS without any problem.
