chat live agent says "My name is blablabla how may i help you today?" and disappear for 5 to 10 minutes! this company sucks guys!!

Cons: customer service sucks! slow as hell!
i have only 10 days with this company, guess what! i call them 5 times, i used the live chat 15 times, chat live agent says "My name is blablabla how may i help you today?" and disappear for 5 more minutes to get an answer (i guess this answer from the begining is an auto-answer machine or something like that, anyways,). Then, comes again and says "sorry for the delay" and then disappear 5-10 minutes, then sorry for delay, etc...and then says: please send a ticket is better, so you fill up a ticket and send it then wait for 3 to 5 days to get an answer.
This company really sucks!!
please if somebody know about a good hosting company (not by an affiliate please but by a consumer) let me know.
